Service

Ephemeroll lets you create temporary event galleries. Anyone with the link can upload and download photos. All content is deleted automatically after about 3 days.

Acceptable use

You agree not to upload content that:

• Is illegal or infringes others' rights
• Depicts minors without proper consent from a parent or guardian
• Contains malware or is intended to abuse the service

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any photos you upload.

Access

Event links are unlisted but not secret-grade. Each event has a three-word passphrase generated at creation — anyone with the link still needs the passphrase to view or upload. Do not use this service for highly sensitive or confidential material.

Copyright complaints

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on Ephemeroll infringes your copyright, email us at [email protected] with:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Identification of the infringing material and its location (event URL)
• Your contact information
• A statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized by the copyright owner
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• Your physical or electronic signature

We will review and remove infringing content when appropriate. Counter-notices may be sent to the same address. We may block repeat infringers.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for lost photos, unauthorized access via shared links, or any damages arising from use of the service.

Abuse and termination

We may remove content or block access at our discretion. Report abuse to [email protected].
